The Hatco 02.16.001A.00 S-Thermostat is a replacement temperature control system designed for use in compatible heating and booster systems. Featuring a temperature range of 100°F to 200°F a 3/8-inch by 4-3/32-inch sensing bulb and a 12-inch capillary it monitors and regulates heat levels within the equipment. Commonly installed in commercial foodservice applications, this supports maintaining consistent operating temperatures during heating cycles. As part of the unit temperature control system it responds to temperature changes and assists in regulating heat output to support proper equipment operation and performance.
