The Garland 1017599 Thermostat is a temperature control system to be used in commercial cooking equipment. It controls the operating conditions in the ranges of 150F to 550F by sensing the heat using its 3/16" by 14-3/4" sensing bulb and capillary assembly. With 1/2" NPT inputs and outputs, it is inserted directly into the appliance control system to control the amount of heat produced. In the kitchen. It is used in the appliance to switch heating elements or gas flow on or off as required to assist in maintaining operation secure operation, and consistent temperature control when used continuously.
