The Garland GL1017514 Thermostat FDO is a temperature control system that is fitted in commercial cooking machines, to manage the amount of heat produced at the proper period of time. It has a 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet with a 3/16" by 14-3/4" sensing bulb, the appliance at the desired temperature between 150F and 550F. It is positioned in the control system of the appliance and reacts to the changes in temperature. This thermostat is used in foodservice operations, which is essential in the coordination of heat control and secure and efficient operation of appliances.
