The Southbend SOU1010399 Thermostat FDO is a temperature control system that can be used in commercial cooking equipment that is required to be regulated to the exact amount of heat. It has 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet connections and a 3/16" by 14-3/4" sensing bulb that measures internal temperatures between 150F and 550F to control the flow of fuel or power to the appliance to maintain the desired operating temperature. This thermostat can be used in the kitchen to ensure the identical cooking results. Its position in the system is essential to maintaining a constant temperature, in constant commercial operation.
