The Garland 1019400 Thermostat is a heat controller used in commercial kitchen appliances that have a heat output that needs to be controlled. It works at the temperature of 150-550F, with a 3/16" by 14-3/4" sensing bulb measuring internal temperatures. It also comes with a 1/2" NPT connection that can be fitted in the control assembly of the appliance to achieve the control of heating in the appliance. This thermostat is essential in the system as it is sensitive to changes in the temperature and it adjust the heating mechanism, be accurate and provide proper outcomes for standard operation.
