The Garland GL1017599 Thermostat FDO is a temperature sensor control that is applied in commercial foodservice appliances to control heating operations. It measures the internal temperatures with a 3/16" X 14-3/4" bulb and can be adjusted from 150F to 550F to suit particular cooking needs. It has a 1/2" NPT connection and is wired into the control system of the appliance usually in the system. Being a component of the control assembly of the appliance it is essential in ensuring secure operation, proper heat control, and operation in commercial cooking settings.
