The Garland GL1017591 Thermostat FDO is a temperature control system that can be used in commercial cooking equipment that needs to be regulated in terms of heat. It works by detecting the internal temperatures with a 3/16" by 14-3/4" bulb and regulating the system in a 150F to 550F range. With 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet connections it is commonly used in systems that require constant thermal control. In actual kitchen setups, it is used with heating part and protection measures to ensure that the operating temperatures are held constant so the appliance can be consistent.
