The Southbend SOU1175571 Motor W/2-Flats CW 1-Pole 7.2/4.5 AMP is an electrical-to-rotational converter with a single-pole design, which turns a clockwise shaft with two flats to couple with. It rotates internal parts on a provided current rating to convey torque to other parts within the system when it is operational. The motor is generally mounted in the inside drive of the compatible commercial cooking appliances, attached to a fixed bracket or housing to fit in with fans, blowers or mechanical connections. It enables appliance operation to be controlled in rotation, and it connects with standard wiring and mechanical mounts of foodservice equipment.
