The Dean 806-6993 Ball Valve regulates a connected supply through a compact quarter-turn closure arrangement. A spherical internal member contains a central bore that rotates with the external handle. Bore alignment establishes an unobstructed route while perpendicular positioning blocks passage through the cavity. The 1-1/4" NPT specification identifies the threaded interfaces connecting the assembly to adjoining pipe sections. Sealing surfaces surround the rotating member and maintain separation between the flowing medium and external surroundings in commercial cooking plumbing.
