The Dean 810-0379 Ball Valve controls the movement of cooking oil or other compatible fluid through connected equipment piping. Its internal ball rotates within the valve frame, opening the passage when aligned and restricting flow when turned across the line. The valve is placed within the fluid line using its 1-1/4-inch NPT threaded connections. It can be integrated into compatible system plumbing where manual flow control is required.
