The Frymaster FM806-6993SP Fryer Ball Valve regulates fluid movement by manually rotating an internal closure. The handle transfers applied rotation to the ball element, changing the opening that is present between connected pipe sections. The 1-1/4-inch specification defines the female threaded inlet or outlet connection, while the 6-7/8-inch handle establishes the lever dimension. A threaded attachment inserts the valve directly within the supply route and provides a defined point for controlling passage. Moving the lever establishes either continuous flow or a closed condition according to the selected position.
