The Frymaster FM806-6993 Fryer Ball Valve provides manual separation within a fluid supply circuit. Turning the extended handle rotates the internal shutoff element and changes the connection between the inlet and outlet passages. The 1-1/4-inch size indicates, the female pipe-threaded connection and the 6-7/8-inch handle sets the lever length. Positioned at the piping junction, the valve connects with the surrounding line through the threaded ports. A rotational movement places the internal opening in line with the passage or closes the route when flow interruption is required.
