The Frymaster FM8100379 Fryer Ball Valve regulates fluid entry through a manually positioned internal closure. A rotation applied to the handle moves the spherical element inside the frame and changes the opening between the connected pipe sections. A 1-1/4-inch FPT connection provides the female threaded interface and the 6-7/8-inch handle establishes the specified operating length. Positioned between adjoining portions of the supply line the valve maintains a defined junction for flow control. Changing the lever position alters the internal alignment and establishes the specified passage condition through the piping.
