The Garland F806-6993 Fryer Ball Valve controls the passage of fluid through a connected supply line. Rotating the handle turns the internal ball and aligns or blocks the opening within the valve structure. The 1-1/4-inch connection establishes the female threaded interface, while the 6-7/8-inch handle provides the stated operating reach for manual positioning. Installed between adjoining piping sections, the valve creates a controllable junction within the supply circuit. The handle movement changes the internal passage from an open path to a closed barrier, regulating flow into the connected section during equipment operation.
