The Garland F810-0109 Gas Valve Knob with Screw OFF-PILOT-ON is a control part that is used on the corresponding commercial fryer. It is 1-1/4" in diameter and is mounted to the valve stem with the screw provided and gives the operator a choice of off, pilot, and on. It supports safe ignition and normal burner operation by the provision of manual control of the gas flow settings.
