The Pitco P6071170 Gas Valve Knob with Screw is a 1 1/4" diameter control product that is used in gas fryers and commercial cooking equipment. It has OFF, PILOT and ON indicators, which enable operators to turn on the pilot light and control burner output directly. A screw is used to fix the knob to the valve stem in order to ensure the appropriate position and stable functioning. It is mounted on the front control panel main control of the gas flow of the appliance.
