The Bakers Pride S1453A Gas Valve Knob is a manual control system that is aimed at controlling the gas valve of compatible commercial ovens. It is marked on, off and pilot and the operator can control the gas flow and ignition state by operating the internal valve mechanism. The knob is mounted on the control panel of the oven and it translates the movement of the hand to fine-tune the position of the valve to facilitate safe start-up and shut-down processes in commercial kitchens.
