The Vulcan Hart 00-404060-00001 Range Air Shutter is a regulator of the air-to-gas mixture by adjusting an opening that regulates the amount of air that flows in during the burning of the fuel. Through the rotation or placement of the shutter, the flame properties are adjusted by means of a controlled air intake that facilitates a stable ignition and a stable flame shape. This is a component that is mounted at the burner air intake on compatible ranges and is placed between the gas orifice and the burner venturi. It is fitted to fit with the prevailing burner assemblies and also to communicate.
