The Vulcan Hart 806470 Air Shutter Twin Plate 2 Slots is an air flow control system that can adjust the ratio of air and gas and permits flames to combust effectively in two slots. The plates of the shutter operate separately to control combustion to make sure that there is an even spread and uniform pattern of the flames. It is designed to be installed in commercial cooking equipment, directly over burners to control the amount of air entering the equipment to ensure that the flame characteristics are maintained correctly.
