The Comstock Castle 16000 Air Shutter Twin Plate 2 Slots regulates the amount of air entering the burner by means of adjustable shutter plates that open or close the airflow into the burner. The twin-plate, two-slot design allows controlled air intake and easy tuning to adjust to the flow of gas in operation. It is attached to the burner inlet of compatible commercial cooking machines. The assembly has metal plates with an inverted collar, which fits in typical burner tubes and is clamped with a set screw.
