The Vulcan Hart VH404060-1 Air Shutter Twin Plate 2 Slots works on controlling the airflow using two adjustable plates that can be used in control of the ventilation in commercial cooking equipment. The slots can be individually adjusted to place air where it is required to provide better combustion and exhaust. It is designed to be installed easily and it fits directly on the air intake or exhaust vent of the cooking appliance, with the additional components fitting properly as well as aligning with the existing parts.
