The Pitco P9300-10 Air Shutter Twin Plate 2 Slots is used control the of air in the commercial fryers by controlling amount air flowing into the cooking chamber. The plates have two slots that can be separately placed to manage the ventilation and the distribution of temperature. It is intended to fit directly onto the air intake system of the fryer, and so it can be easily aligned with the current system and firmly attached. Its twin-plate design provides it with a flexible configuration capability whereby the operators can alter the airflow patterns to suit their purpose.
