The Hobart 19241 Air Shutter Twin Plate 2 Slots can be used to regulate the flow of combustion air by opening and limiting the intake with two calibrated slots to regulate flame properties when using the burner. The twin-plate design will act in response to change to stabilize the flow of air and gas to ensure the same conditions of combustion. It is placed at the air intake point of the burner in compatible commercial cooking equipment, in which airflow should be adjusted before ignition. It is made of a sturdy shutter assembly with two holes.
