The Vulcan Hart VH104060-1 Air Shutter Twin Plate 2 Slots works by controlling the airflow through two adjustable openings, and as such, one can control the efficiency of combustion. It has a twin-plate design that allows the individual slots to be adjusted independently to optimize the air distribution to the system it is connected to. This element is normally fitted in the ventilation system or the burner system, where it is arranged to come into direct contact with the air inlets. Designed to be used with compatible equipment it can easily fit into standard mounting positions.
