The Vulcan Hart 6470 Air Shutter Twin Plate 2 Slots controls the airflow by opening and closing the airflow based on the pressure changes to provide the correct combustion in the burners. These are independent of each other to set the air intake to the best flame efficiency. The part is intended to be installed in commercial cooking equipment and is compatible with the burner assemblies, fitting directly over the burner parts to allow the seamless integration of the new equipment with existing units without any direct contact between the two airflow streams.
