The Vulcan Hart 6470 Air Shutter Twin Plate 2 Slots controls the air-to-gas ratio in the burner system by controlling the amount of air fed into the system before combustion. It is based on two sliding plates with slot openings, which can be aligned to regulate the flow of air into the burner venturi to maintain the stability of the flame during the operation cycles. It is installed at the air intake end of the burner of the compatible cooking equipment and is directly connected to the tube part of the burner to control the burning airflow of the heating system.
