The Hobart 13523 Thermostat W/Dial BJWA 3/16 inch X 8 inch CAP 36 inch 150-400°F regulates the amount of heat that is emitted by the equipment in use by sensing the changes in temperature using its capillary tube and bulb assembly. It works as the dial setting modulates the internal mechanism to cause heating or cooling reactions to keep the chosen range of temperatures. This thermostat is mounted into the control panel and the burner assembly of the equipment and the sensing bulb is mounted in direct contact with the area where the temperature is needed.
