The Montague G-15 Thermostat W/Dial 3/16" X 11-5/8" X 48" Cap 150°F-400°F BJWA operates by monitoring internal system temperature through a capillary-based sensing system, and responding to thermal variations by controlling electrical flow. When the detected temperature differs from the set point, the thermostat connects or interrupts power to the heating circuit to regulate output. This switching action supports controlled cooking conditions during operation. It is installed in compatible equipment, with the sensing bulb placed in the cooking area and the dial mounted externally for temperature selection.
