The Hobart 857207-00001 Fryer Ignition Control Module F429 CA-157 is used to manage the refueling sequence, based on control signals, and to control the burner start-up operations. It communicates with the ignition systems and the electrical controls and checks the operation of the appliance through the heating cycles. This 24V module is housed in the electrical enclosure of it and is linked to ignition and gas control elements, which support controlling the performance of the burner. The module is designed to assist the fryer in the ignition management process for establishing heat in the cooking process and in maintaining the proper working temperature.
