The Groen GR144150 Fryer Ignition Control Module F429 CA-160 controls the electrical signals for burner activation and flame monitoring to manage ignition. It operates by controlling the ignition cycle and analyzing data from the sensors and controls it's connected to. The module is mounted inside the commercial fryers in which ignition and burner management operations are desired and operates on 24 volts. The module is designed as a part of the operating system of the fryer and is used to manage the order of the events required to start the burners and to keep them burning.
