The Magikitch'N 30-05-00395 Air Shutter Twin Plate 2 Slots are airflow controllers, which control the amount of air entering connected equipment by opening and closing twin plates. The system adjusts the shutter mechanism to be able to distribute it evenly using two special slots. It is normally mounted in commercial kitchen ventilation systems in areas around burners or gas appliance intubation. The component is built to blend with standard fittings that ensure that there is uniform air regulation when it is in use. The twin-slot design is used to control the air paths.
