The Garland 1029410 Thermocouple 18" 20-30MV 1980 Series converts a millivolt signal by transforming the heat of the pilot flame into an electrical signal. The signal range assists in the control of the gas valves when they are operating. It is placed such that the sensing end is in the pilot flame. This leads to the connection of the valve of the control. Output rating is in line with the requirements. Its positioning provides proper flame detection in the gas control circuit.
