The Blodgett BL90316 Oven Contactor is a heavy duty 3 pole for commercial kitchen appliance electrical control. This contactor operates at 208/240V with 40A inductive and 50A resistive capacity and is compatible with Blodgett ovens, fryers, Henny Penny fryers and many more. It works by providing or denading the power source of connected appliances hence giving a specific control over cooking and heatening processes. BL90316 has enhanced safety with reliable electrical management, reduced damage on appliances and better energy efficiency.
