The Frymaster FM1368 Contactor works on the concept of regulating the flow of electrical current to heating parts, and switching circuits as necessary to control the distribution of power. It is designed to operate on high amperage loads with three poles, which makes it possible to switch many parts at the same time. It is installed in a commercial fryer or other kitchen equipment and is mounted close to the control panel or electrical compartment, so that it can be wired into the existing wiring and connected to the power supply. This arrangement helps in effective running of the heating system of the fryer.
